For equal parts HT and music, bass extension is not really a concern.

Well in a way the selah is DIY. I'd build the cabinets, it's just like buying a kit from madisound or DIY sound group. The vapor is in no way DIY but the parts for me to build those would be close to the actual cost of the monitors. Both companies were started by DIY board members.

Thanks for the tip though. I may post in the speaker section.
