So I decided to build, we'll more like assemble, my first sonotube today. After seeing first hand those monster LLT sonos that Beast built first hand this weekend, I was inspired. Since these are relatively easy builds and they've also been done a million times I'll spare ya the details and go straight to the pics. Enjoy! smile.gif

Assembled and rocking!

Edogg, I don't mean to sound too critical, but I think you could have done a better job implementing the driver itself. I mean, wires showing.... Really man?

Not the level of quality the AVS community has become accustomed too from your AIY builds.

You should be able to reach out to MJ if you need help with the finishing touches.

OMG, let's hope bosso doesn't catch wind of this build...

Yeah, you motivated me to jump on the LMS-U's, so I'm sure I'll be looking to following suit with your sonotube build...

If your quad LMS build wasn't enough to get you to invest in measurememt equipment, this should push you over the edge for sure.

Dude, get back home and go straight to work why dont ya? I think the jet lag got to you a little bit?!?! Good thing those tubes would fit close to 4 wide down the port of my sonotube build...

A speaker inside a speaker!!!! Might have to extend the wires tho. Excellent build dude! let me know how it blends with the Ultra's! how is the response below 20hz?

I heard the BBQ Sono has better mid bass bit a big dip in frequency at 40hz. Can you confirm? Also I'm curious what 3000 of these would sound like vs an actual moose mating call...... discuss

It's complete customization! All determined by the number of chips you eat! biggrin.gif It's all about volume remember?
