Sure its got the xmax, but the lack of inductance control does not make it a Anarchy substitute.

That sucks! I've been dreaming about designing a 3-way that uses 2 Exodus Anarchys up to about 250 Hz or so for a crazy-good low end extension and punch. That idea is a little cost prohibitive and now the Anarchy (which is not discounted, BTW) is going away. Say it isn't so!

I have a design for the Anarchy using two per cabinet, SS 10F mid, and a .75" ring radiator per cab if anyone is interested. It has a full 6db of baffle step though, I'll be working on one with less BSC soon.

Sounds really interesting, is it a Vifa ring radiator or the SS discovery?

Sounds like a nice sub-free tower speaker for the living room. What made you choose the mid you did?

Wide dispersion, low distortion, and it is very easy to work with.

FYI, the Anarchy is on sale for $50 this AM.

Someone tell Eric. Maybe he can buy up a bunch and sell the anarchy tapped horn flat pack with a driver?
