Looks like a TC-3000.

Axis equivalent using today's label.

My Dual 18" LLT subs 120dB down to 10hz

Worth it if it's in good condition. The 3000 sold for $300-400.

I do have the T/S but only for the older quad coil version. Sorry.

Thing about this driver is it was made for ultra small enclosures so you really don't need to model it or anything. Just put it in a super small sealed box. Lol. Seriously though that's all you need.

TC provided specs for the quad coil version. I think if I recall correctly, the dual voice coil version has the same 4 coils, just with 2 in series connected to the binding posts.
