sounds like a 10" truck box would do; I mean for hitting the easy button it fits the bill. Like posted before you need a wedge/angled box and done.

box calc says your wanting .58 cuft

But that wont fit the 12" Velodyne sub I have will it?

The driver I have will never fit in this box. The driver is 7" deep. This box is 8 1/2" at the bottom and only 4 5/8" at the top, outside dimensions, my driver just wouldn't make that box. I wish it did that would be easy.

I really think I have to change the driver but to what I just don't know. If I could buy the box pre made like this I would really be happy, but I need to replace the driver I have, but the replacement must work with my Velodyne amp.

I'd say all isn't lost. The driver depth is the magnet which isn't as wide as the basket. Maybe a 1/2" mount ring will make mounting depth difference easy to overcome. Also if looking for a quick fix look for boxes made for a W7 JL Audio subwoofer it has approx 8" mount depth.
