Any local car audio shop will be able to do it. They build custom boxes all the time.

Its worth it to scope out the yellow pages of sorts and find a small shop. I found one who was reasonable, and he's an audio guy. We ended up building him some speakers too, you never know who you are going to meet.

did you not find anything at parts express that would work?

some of the bookshelf cabinets are quite nice and very reasonably priced.

There are many car audio websites which build custom enclosures for subs. One site is caraudiofactory.com. They have their own box building facility in houston. They can build any thpe of box you want along with a single or double baffle and more.
