The easy part is the actual build itself, whereas the hard part is designing the crossover. You would be best served by trying to find an existing design using the Seos-15 & TD15. I believe there is one and it should show up in a google search.

Since you're going active, you'll be more than ok. I would contact John at AE, he's working on active AE/SEOS kits with enclosures.

Mark Seaton is sending up the fiberglass SEOS15 he has so I can develop a couple kits around it. I'll be doing the tower with the TD15H and bookshelf/stand mount with the TD15M using the SEOS15. I put the 12" kits as priority with the plastic SEOS15 not yet available. I expect all 4 kits within the next month though.

Which compression driver(s) will the kits be using? I might be interested in the TD15M since I have some of those just sitting in a closet.

I am looking forward to the kits. I would love to try a active design. I already have the td12m and DNA 360, but I see you will be using the radian 475pb. If that's what you think will work better, I'm willing to give it a try.

12" MTM kits?? I would love to see a TD12/Seos-15/Radian-475/TD12 kit as that would be a really nice and high performance speaker! Please tell me that is a possibility??

He has some photos of a 2-way kit in the works on the ae Facebook page using the seos12 with the td12m configuration and Radian 475. I have been in contact with him about the mtm xo design using the 12m and he plans to get a kit out with this and the x series, both with the option to upgrade with the Apollo on the Lambadas and BE for the cd. I want an mtm with the 12m and seos12 and Radian over a 12x with the 12x tuned lower for a full range main for 2.1 channel listening for music. I'd cross it higher for movies. He has xo settings for MiniDSp amps, but I'd rather have a passive xo. I want everything out of Bwalso's design with another driver to help it dig deeper. How awesome would that be? Who wants to design the passive xo for us?! wink.gif

Are you sure that having a Be diaphragm on the Radian 475 is a possibility? I thought that the Be diaphragms were only available on the 2" compression drivers such as the Radian 950PB or the JBL-2446? Where would these Be diaphragms come from? Truxtnt?

The radian 475BePB is available. US speaker stocks them in small quantity and can drop ship others. If there is more demand we will be able to negotiate for better pricing. Obviously the cost is much higher with the Beryllium. This combination with the Apollo upgrade on the woofers and the Beryllium diaphragm on the compression driver really puts this system in an elite class though.
