An inboard amp will really limit what you can do and cost much, much more and get less.
You will be lucky to get close to 1000 real world watts with inboard/plate amp for $400.
For under $400 you can get 1500-2000 real watts with a pro amp.
Not many people are using anything wireless. I am sure parts-express carries something that would do the trick though, check there.
There are no pre-made kits that I know of. So, you will need to build the cabinet or have someone build it for you.
Check out the Dayton drivers for something affordable that works well in smallish sealed setups.
