Do you have this running now, are you happy with the diffrence? I am thinking of doing the same thing so please describe how it turned out!

I have no way of measuring it but to me it sounds better and goes lower. Really shakes the house. My wife tells me more often than before to turn it down. So that tells me its working.

Can you post your box & port measurements? And why did you decide on a 10 cu/ft box?

The top is the size of the minimarty with 17 hz tuning.

How did you add the 1/4" oak panels with out the edges showing on the corners and edges of each side? It looks to me like you attached the 1/4" oak panels and used some type of trim to go around the perimeter. Is that correct?

I put the angled trim on first then cut the quarter inch thick oak panels to fit. The trim was also quarter inch thick so its flush. It looks better in person. The pictures make it look like the trim is lighter than it really is. I used liquid nails to attach it all and it feels solid. Ive moved it around several times and nothing has come loose.
