Add on to existing subwoofer system or start over?

I currently have 4 of the original MJ-18's ported to 30hz. I would like to hit lower hz maybe just under 20 and I need a bit more spl. I have thought of using the 4 mj'18's up front and adding maybe 2 sealed FTW-21's or a couple gjallarhorn's to the back behind the couch. But now I am reading about phase issues and think I may be better off starting over with just 4 uxl-18's ported to 17 or so. I live in Canada pretty close to mach 5 audio so I am mostly interested in those drivers. Please give me your opinions thank you very much

Go grab the UXL18's and do a ported enclosure 17hz. Use the existing subs for smoothing subs. Should work well.
