Flat pack kitts???

Hello again,

Now that I finally have my diy sub running correct and am pleaseed with the output.

ive got the bug to build another. Ive read, its best to go with the same size in a dual setup. However, I can eq each sub and was thinking about using say, 90-60htzs on the 15" I have now and 60-30htzs on an 18" that way I can cover a larger range.
Id like sove advice on a setup like that?

aaalong with the optimun flkat pack for say an 18" ultinax?
Thanks in advance for advice.

it's pointless to run them in those ranges, just run them both as low as they can go. What was the first sub you built, ported or sealed? How big is the box?

I currently have the 15" in a 3cuft sealed. Im running it a bit High freq wise to make up for a lack of bass from my Lft and rht speakers. Thinking of doing another so I can dual eq?

but, Id like to try the 18" Ultimx.

just make another sealed and it will mix perfectly, smooth the response, and give you more headroom. Run them both 0-80 hz or 0-100 hz. 18" ultimax would be good.
