i was searching parts express website and came across assembled crossover.. now i through this together real quick to see what you guys think? isnt a crossover about separating the hf and lf.. so why wouldn't this work? just curious.. im a try and see kind of guy.
That really won't work very well. Plus, if you wanted that JBL stuff, you can find its lightly used for a fraction of that cost. I might even have some of those compression drivers and horns left over from the Big JBL buyout from a few years ago. I remember throwing a bunch of them in the garbage!

lmaoo hahah I didn't think so but I was wondering why? and I would love to take some off your hands but I wouldn't know how to use them other then a paper weight.. but if you want to send me them for nothing or a very very small fee I have no problem with that..
Most of JBL products have a published XO. I will be using their published XO to help me get started on my build.
