any cea-2010 measurements for the stonehenge with SI 18 done?

I was just curious if anyone has done any measurements on the stonehenge using the SI 18 D2, a friend of mine was telling me it wont be as loud as the PSA xv15se and also, it wont be very good for music....

I think for me it will be a dramatic improvement over my polk audio dsw pro 500 im replacing but I was just curious.

it will be great for music. Why wouldn't it be? It will also be louder, with more extension.

Your friend was smoking something at the time of statement. Lets see, more power, more sd, higher sensitivites, induction control. it would be safe to say about twice as powerful with the right amp. About musicality, i don't know as its a function of fr., with the right eq, i would wager they be the same.

The PSA model uses a 15" Lab15 with a single 4" port. Seems like it would be making some odd noises down low.

I went from dual PSA XV15s (though not the SE models) to dual Si 18s in the form of a Marty Sub and Marty Cube. There simply isn't any competition in movies or music. SIs all the way!! Tell your friend you want some of what he is taking---sounds like it's something potent. Just want to be clear that I am not dissing the PSAs as I really enjoyed them and still think they are the best deal in ID subs out there.
