What driver is this?

Hey guys. can anyone tell me the make and model of this sub driver? I bought it on a whim for $75 when Epik went out of business. it looks like the driver they may have used in the Vanquish sub. As you can see the diameter is ~12.5 inches. I am planning a sealed down firing sub using a 1.5 cu feet box. Would this be the correct application for this driver? Any suggestions for the plate amp??Thanks in advance for your help. It has 2 sets of terminals opposite one another

that would be my guess too. that sub was only 14.5" cube, so with some eq it should work ok. almost all small sealed are going to need some eq to bring up the lower end, but with only a 12", expectations should be kept in check.

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to keep the cost of the amp below $200. I am looking at the Bash 300w and the Yung 500w. Am I correct in thinking that the Bash is a little bit better quality? Any other brands I should be considering? If I could get away with the Bash 300w that would be great. Would there be a noticeable difference between 300 and 500? I am using this mostly for music and some HT.
