Need a flatpack for a 18" SI HT18 Sub

I think I have finally figured out what I want to do. I'm thinking a 18" SI HT18 run by a Inuke3000DSP. My room is about 3000 cubic feet(I would add another one eventually) and I'm currently using two Dayton Sub 1200's. This will be mainly used for TV and movies. Where can I find a ported flatpack for this thing? How would a sealed box compare to the ported? I do not have the tools to build the whole thing from scratch or I would. Is there anyone that makes flatpacks for this sub?

Thanks!
