Nice. Have you given any thought about the near fields drivers you want to use?

Thanks, it moving much slower than I was hoping, but it's coming along I suppose.

Haha no, I still have a few more to build.

And yes, the additional output will be there, but the distortion is very low, and much less taxing on each individual driver with so many coils. That is pretty much the goal.

One more dual cab to go!

Looks like it will be 6 UM-18s and 4-HT18s, with one channel available to add another pair of something.

Thank you!
but I seriously have to give credit where it's due, the dual cabs are actually @Patzig s boxes he made when he ran 8 HT18s in 4 dual cabs. I'm slowly collecting them as he moved and is taking a different approach with his subs. I'm not sure if he wishes he still had them or not but either way, they are well built, solid and heavy. The only think I've done to them is remove the feet.

I swapped one cab with UM-18s. It looks slick, and makes for a high power handling/output cab overall. Kind of disappointed the UM-18s are still out of stock. The 4th cab with have another pair of UM-18s in it. I would go with a different 18, but I think it would be a bit much and messy looking with 3 different 18" subs. I don't have a PJ and screen yet, so in the meantime, some uniformity is required, it bothers me lol.
