When using WinISD to check the cone excursion of a particuler set up, should the cone excursion graph bet set so that it shows excursion at RMS or Max power? Now for the noob question. This should be pretty much a given but im just not sure, When measurin the overall port length, are you supposed to have your center tube cut to the length winisd gives you and then add onto that X" for each flared end. For instance, if Winisd says i need a 17" port, do I cut my tube to 17" and then add, say, 1" for each flared end so I end up with a 19" -over all length-port? or does the overall length with both flares attached need to total 17". One last one, how much length should I figure that a 90* elbow would add?

RMS.

If you're referring to the 4" Precision port from PE, the total effective length of the kit is 17". If WinISD says you need a 17" long 4" port then you would leave the kit as is. The center tube of the kit is 12" and each flare obviously adds 2.5" of length.
