Its about my subwoofer speaker i buy a 10'' cerwin vega vmax 10.4 600 wrms dual voice coil each voice coil 4ohm . I want to know if that driver will be ok for my home subwoofer in a DIY sonotube project . I know its a car subwoofer but i have buy a Gemsound Exa-3950 Amplifier and i think it will driver the cerwin sub nicely . Thanx for helping me.

Well not much displacement there so I'd say it depends on how much extension and output you're looking for.

I search for a good 30 to 40 hz bazz a good spl too at this range of frequency i know for low frequency like 10 hz thats really earthquake frequency but i like my 30 hz to 40 hz frequency.

I think it will work nicely ..the amp can put out about 350 watts per side... or 700 mono ..which is the way to go..... that driver has dual 2 ohms voice coils.. run them at a total of 4 ohms.

Concrete form tube/cylinder is the general term. "Sonotube" is just a popular brand name.

Oh, right. Well, mdf is popular. Some like 13ply void-free plywood.

Do you know what is MDF in french your website have good info but i need the word to use when i buy it on market like home depot i think i will use the english term .
