Inside Miley Cyrus' $1.9M Condo
By Maxine Giza
Teen singer and actress sells Panama City Beach, Florida condo that features a screening room.

Singer and actress Miley Cyrus reportedly sold her Panama City Beach, Florida, condo for $1.9 million.

Celebrity real estate website Real Estalker says the former Disney star netted a $160,000 profit on the transaction.

She may be just a teenager, but Cyrus has high-end adult taste. The 4,400 square foot condo is decked out with a smart home system that operates the home's A/V equipment and curtains, according to Real Estalker.

In addition to five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the condo also has a state-of-the-art screening room, water-side terrace, and kitchen featuring a side-by-side SubZero fridge and freezer.

She needs to fire her decorator. A lot of that furniture looks like it would come out of my grandmothers house.

Yeah not exactly sure what qualifies it as state of the art - maybe the gear, because the room is basically a living room with recliners.

$1.9 million gets you a condo - wow - granted a large condo, near the beach - but still a condo.

I had a similar thought, maybe her grandmother lived there.

I totally agree...Why was this even here for us to look at? Just a waste of time, specially from a CE standpoint.

I think CE Pro often forgets their audience. The room will always be what impresses us, not the owner.

If it's a kick butt room AND it belongs to Will Smith, well that's more of the minor icing on the cake, not the reason to have the article in the first place.

Just not impressive. That place is really a let down, I can't see spending anywhere near that on a building that size with that level of furnishings......
