5 Home Theater Makeovers
By Maxine Giza
You won't believe what these home theater rooms used to look like.

Not every home is built with a dedicated home theater.

A little remodeling here and there helped these homeowners change that.

These once underused spaces have been transformed into awesome home theaters.

These homes went from drab and cluttered to high-end home theaters.

Multi-Purpose Play Room
Several design limitations, such as four door entrances and a slide glass door to an indoor swimming pool, made for some unique obstacles to overcome.

Should I even take the time to look at this one, or does it just fall in place of the other boring, CE Pro articles that have been posted here before?

Its worthless. They aren't really theater makeovers even. They are just room conversions into theaters.

Too many ads. That CePro website is awful.

Thanks. That's what I figured. This just confirms what I had vowed after the last "feature" from CePro, if it's from CePro, just skip it. Not worth the time to look at it. Why AVS is determine to post these "features" as part of this forum is beyond my understanding.

I have thought the same of CEpro for many months if not years. The way the gallery is set up it's designed to drive hits on their ads as they refresh every time you click "Next".

Glad to see others are noticing.

They want to make money...

I don't know who CePro wants to visit their site? Integrators or consumers? Either way, I take pity on whoever steps foot over there. Same with Electronic House.

This slideshow reminded me that I need to tell everyone I know that they have permission to shoot me in the face if I ever buy a couch or chair with built-in cupholders.
