Best Home Theaters for Watching Super Bowl
By Arlen Schweiger
Here are our favorite rooms to watch Super Bowl XLVI between the New England Patriots and New York Giants.

We have already detailed the dream home theater system for watching Super Bowl XLVI between the New England Patriots and New York Giants. Now it's time for our favorite home theaters for the Big Game.

We've highlighted numerous theaters and media rooms that incorporate multiple displays over the years. These are almost always the brainchild of sports fans, of course.

We thought the timing was perfect, with Super Bowl XLVI right around the corner, to take a look back at some of our favorites in this little subcategory of home theater.

Some rooms use one large display that can be dissected into several; some like to surround a big TV with little TVs; some like to give equal opportunity to each viewing option; and some like to surround a big projection screen with smaller TVs.

Is it just me or would you rather watch the game on one big screen or a bunch of tiny ones? There's still just one game playing at a time on SB Sunday right?

No better location to watch the SB than my recliner and viewing on the 73" screen with Denon/MartinLogan surround sound...

There would be if the game was shown on a bigger screen with a better sound system and on these forums I'm sure there are thousands that fit that bill.

I'd agree IF that larger screen and better sound system were in front of my recliner in my home, which they aren't, which means no better location as far as I & my family are concerned...

It is unfortunate that CEPro has more and more become click-whores rather than produce quality content that justifies their value to the CE world. Especially the "marketing" advertisement not-so-cleaverly disguised as "new Product news"

If you want to know if a product is "good", please tell us your definition of "bad" for an understood point of reference. Do you want subjective opinions or objective facts?

When will I learn to quit clicking on these stupid articles. Time would be much better spent on the theater builder thread here at AVSforum. I guess having a bunch of flatscreens jumbled together in a room constitute a good place to watch the super bowl.

These multiple panel installs just don't do it for me. One big screen for me anyday over a bunch of small ones.
