Hello everyone, this is a great forum, a lot of good information!
I am getting into outdoor movies, and I am looking for suggestions of what the best projectors are. I'm looking to spend under $3k if possible. This will be a commercial endeavor, so I am looking for brightness, clarity, and durability. I baby all my equipment, and I will be buying a Storm Case for whatever I get, but things can sometimes get bumped in the hustle.
I'm looking for something 4000 lumens or so, 16:9 native, and a good all around projector.
I will be using a 16'x9' screen, and a 12x20.
I asked in the sub $3k forum, and they pointed me here, and also suggested possibly the BenQ SP831. Anyone have any experience with that projector, or any others that may fit the bill?
Thanks!
