I am involved in a charity event in a few weeks. They want to use a blow up screen with a projector during the day and also after dark. Does anyone know how bright of a projector would be needed to do this during the day? The screen is not real large but I would have to get the actual size if needed.

Outside in direct sunlight I don't think that option is practically possible.

you would have to get a projector that puts out more lumens than the sun.

the sun produces: 6840000000000000000000000000 lumens.eek.gif

edit: there are ways around this. you could spend $75,000 on this:
