I would like to setup an outdoor theater near the pool this year and I have a couple of options.

If I put the screen in the optimal location, I have two options for projector placement.
1)A front projector configuration with a min 28' throw.
2)A rear projector situtation with a max 10' throw.

I would like to use an inflatable screen for both options.

Ideally, I would like to find a demo or refurbished projector and use a cheap inflatable screen.
However, I think the throw requirement will not permit this.
Also, I am aware that rear proj inflatables appear more expensive than front projectors.

The other option is to put the screen in a less ideal position from which I have plenty of room to position a rear projector, and would have a minimum throw of 22' for a front projector. I think this might enable me to use a 'standard' projector and cheap inflatable screen.

So, any ideas for controlling costs for a screen in the optimal position?

Ideally, an 11-12' wide screen or so would be nice,
