im looking to put in some outdoor speakers. i was looking at the polk series and was looking for feedback on which model and if two would be enough. Im looking to mostly pump out music but occasionally roll out a tv that would receive a wireless signal.

at the moment im thinking of hanging the speakers under the deck against the house.

this would be the view from one of the speaker placements

any suggestions welcome.

I have a set of Polk series 2 40" monitors attached to a set of Pyle speaker stands. I can carry both speakers at the same time very portable. I just was not happy with the sound of rock and other outdoor speakers

dhodson - what did you end up going with? Curious if you're happy with the Polks or if you decided on something else.

I would have recommended you consider the Bogen NEAR A8 or similar speakers.
They offer killer bass for an outdoor patio style speaker and are built to handle the elements too.
