Hello all,

First I would like to thank you guys for all the help in the forums.

I will be creating an outdoor theater for the summer , this will be to play movies with the family and watch boxing matches nothing too fancy. I need some questions answered please. I have attached some pictures of my back yard. I would like to know what projector would give me a viewing screen of 23-25 ft wide x 14-17 ft. I am a noob in projectors and this will be my first project. I am looking for a projector that is in the range of 700-1200 dlls, if it has hdmi input that would be wonderful,

I have seen these and they say they can project up to 300in but with so much information Im somewhat confused

If there is any out there that would do the job that is in the 70-800 range please let me know

I believe you are overly ambitious in thinking you will find a projector in that budget range to get anywhere near that screen size with a satisfactory picture outdoors.

I suggest that you do some more reading on these forums and elsewhere to become more familiar with the challenges of what you are trying to do. I think by doing so you will be able to answer many of your own questions and you'll come up with new questions where people here can really help you.

As it is now, I think you are asking for too much from this setup and that makes it more difficult to help you. Sorry.

My screen is 16' wide x 9' tall, that is huge outside and my Sony PJ can adequately light it up.
I've never seen a 25' wide x 14' tall outdoor set up, your budget way to low, you'd need a business pj with high lumens but that trades off contrast and other PQ items.

+1 I'm shooting a 18' 6" x 10' 3" in a pitch black rural field and that is pushing the limits with 4300 lumen.
