This company from nNew Zealand called ICE AV have the nicest projector screens I've seen on the net. I've been looking for some projector screens for outdoors but obviously nothing is brighter than the sun. These guys seen to have their stuff together but I'm not an expert in this and I don't want to spend a lot of money and get conned.

here's a video, I don't know how to embed

Please point out any cons for me because I'm seriously considering buying it.

I have wondered the same thing. My suspicion is that they do not work as advertised. Just short of something overhead to block the ambient light or an LED panel, I cannot see how this would actually work.

My guess would be no go.

I'm not finding any reviews about the screen except their own. I'd be happy to buy a sample to check it out. Seems too good to be true although if you notice on the youtube video how dark the corners are. Dark gray but who knows from a youtube video? If it were true and was great there would be a ton of guys here that had them or at least knew about them. Especially since this supposedly came out in 2009.
This has got to be Bull*hit right?

If your buying a new projector, buy more lumens than you will use. Running it in "Eco Mode" makes your bulb last 20-40% longer and reduces noise and heat.
