Gemmy Jumbo Tron inflatable screen from Target

I didn't see a whole lot mentioned on this. I just picked this up online from Target. This thing inflates crazy fast. There is a bit of fan noise, but I fully expect it to be drowned out by the portable generator and PA speakers. I'll be using this for our community outdoor movie nights, combined with an epson 1040, monoprice 15 inch powered pa speakers and a blu ray player.

You can get a better idea of the scale from the pic. This is touted as a 14.5' diagonal. I also noticed there is no logo on this thing anywhere, unlike some of the other pics I've seen.

Here are a few more pics in action. I've almost got all the major waves out. A few more adjustments should do the trick.

On a side note. The monoprice powered PA speakers kick ass. I can't go more than half volume without blowing out the neighbors. Cristal clear with no distortion.

Also, the witching hour is 8:20 pm currently for this setup.

A couple more pics. Movie night turned out amazing. Excellent picture for what it is, and the sound was fantastic as well. I was able to get most of the waves out, but to be honest, I don't think any of it is noticeable.

Your question doesn't make sense. The final video signal has to go to the projector, how else would the projector output an image?

Please at least go through the front and second page and read through some topics to get your lay of the land. I'm sure whatever question pops into your head will be answered by reading what's already been written within the first couple pages of the outdoor theater forum.

That would make the inflatable screen an inflatable TV (with the appropriate electronics built into the inflatable, which doesn't exist). As you now know, an inflatable screen is just a (much better) version of hanging a bed sheet on the side of the house and projecting the image on the sheet.

I know - this is a purchase that may be a one two time use ...
