I recently came upon 1987 Sony VPH-1040Q CRT Projector that I know nothing about. If its worth keeping, i'll hold on to it, but am curious as to its value and if theres any way I can make use of it. Any advice on how to check the condition of the tubes etc would be appreciated. smile.gif Also, if I were to sell it, how/where would I go about it?

Zero value, it can't do HD, and that's all anyone wants for these days. Check out my site below, lots of CRT information there, with info on how to check the tubes for wear. Set it up, it's a fun set to play with. Super reliable, but not worth anything. It's the equivalent to an 8 track player for a stereo at this point. smile.gif

Oh, the manual is on my site for it as well if you need it.
