This isn't a for-sale thread. It's just that I'm clueless about the demand for various models. I just want to know if they stood a chance or if my only options are to either give them away or part them out.

I have a Sony 1272Q, a NEC PG9 Plus, and a Sony G70. I also have spare new but refurbished tubes for the G70.

The 1272Q looks great but has a very inconvenient glitch I could never fix but a better hobbyist could. All PJ's have 8+ grade tubes.

Short on money and I'm moving to a smaller place in the next year or two so I just want to start thinking about the fate of these great big projectors.

About the only thing of value are the Sony tubes. Shoot me a PM, I might be interested.

Thanks!

Well, a G90 in any condition is worth something.

I had a dream last night that my uncle had a room full of projectors including a neglected g90.

I spent hours setting up the g90, was fun.

I miss my g70,... I'm glad I had so much time with CRT fp.
