My church is having a homecoming service very soon, and I have the need to pipe video only (already wired for audio) into an overflow room that has a ceiling mounted projector. Distance from camera to overflow room is ~150 ft as the crow flies. I do not have a reasonable way to hard wire video to this location, however, I do have both wired and wireless networking available for a means to transport the video data. Could you guys please suggest a suitable solution that could get my video signal from camera to projector via a network (either wired or wireless)?

Many thanks in advance!

Composite video? I saw a wireless composite video receiver/transmitter in a home theater that actually worked pretty well, but the distance was maybe 20'. It's really a crapshoot to get a video signal 150' wirelessly. eBay should have wireless video receiver/transmitters for cheap. Give that a shot. I personally never use wireless save for wireless mics in a commercial application, but I understand it's probably a pain to do so. - CRT tech info -pro audio website
