The black dot is gone now...but the spider thread has one.

What do any of those pictures indicate...they all look sort of confusing.

Let me stipulate, however, that my CRT is not now nor do I see it in the foreseeable future RIP-ing, if you know what I mean. The original question, asking if the CRT is dying, is thusly answered, "NO.":o
