Hello, everybody!

A few days ago I finished hanging my 9PG on the ceiling, after doing the
bleeding process and the mechanical setup process.

So far, I only fiddled with the H keystone (set to to about +60%, but I understand that this is aqcceptable for ceiling installation) and the pinch-cusion settings.

The problem I seem to have is that the pinch-cusion settings is not
"strong enough" for creating a square image.

Please take a look at the enclosed picture of the green crosshair test pattern - this is what the picture looks like after setting the pinch-cusion setting to
-90% (minus 90).

Other than these two, all other settings are zero.

What should I do in order to achieve a square image?

thanks in advance,

- Barak

The first thing you should do is check your convergence plugs are all placed and oriented correctly according to the installation manual which is specifically for your model of PG projector. The issue you describe sounds like you might have the convergence control plug for the green reversed...

Yep, you have to swap the plugs on the Def board AND the plugs on the C drive.

Thanks, guys !

For some reason, I skipped the reversal of connectors on the C board in the manual !
I can't wait to get home in the evening and check things out.
I'll check it and let you know if this helped.

Oh, and one more thing:
I've just realized that it's a PIN-CUSHION, i..e: a cushion for pins.
I always thought that it's called a "pinch-cushion", because the pins
"pinch" the cusion :-)

Thanks again !
