Nice review. Do you have to have an IPOD for this to work or any mp3 player?

I'm really interested in the voice control.

Can you control the navigation and phone with voice? (Actually I saw the phone thing so I guess that's answered..)

When you have a longer list of music, can you tell it to go down or scroll down?

Does any unit have a built in HD to store the music?

Can you backup your settings including your bookmarked locations in the nav unit to the SD card?

Anyone hack this thing for better functionality and options?

Thanks

George

'preciate it. Now all I have to do is figure out how to pay for this and get rid of my dnx8120

Come to think of it. If you need better video quality, I have one of these I can trade with an extra high capacity battery.
Scroll down for the features and check the price..
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-HDR-SR12-...2264032&sr=8-1

USB connection to the puter and up to 15 hours of recording in Hi Def mode

THanks for doing the videos. Too bad Kenwood are taking so long to implement some of the features others have like the CALL option when you find a restaurant or something and the 5 alternative routes that the Pioneer offers. If they had that, I'd say this is pretty much it.

Don't get me wrong, I love my unit but I feel a few things are missing

George

I'm not the video maker, but I'll pass it along.

I agree on the clock. It's so stupid I can't stand it and I've been looking for an extra clock to put on the dash for years

THere are sooo many small shortcomings on the Kenwood units it's not funny.

I wish someone would hack this crap and get us some better software for it

I mean, literally, I'm thinking of selling my DNX8120 and trying Pioneer

Better yet, how about a new voice command:

"What time is it?"
