I have a Pioneer Z110BT in one car and the navigation and traffic integration is awful. I don't even use it while driving anymore--it's far better and faster to look at Google Maps or the Traffic.com app.

Are there any in-dash navigation systems that highlight roads with traffic?

I'm looking for a double-din nav/multimedia head unit for my wife's car, and it's disappointing how far behind they all seem to be.

I've got the Kenwood DNX-6960 and it offers road traffic info. You have to buy an extra thing for the traffic info though but it comes with the GPS antenna. It's Garmin software.
