Hi,

When ever i switch ON my computer speakers, i see some disturbing noise coming out of the speaker.
Why it happens? can any one tell me the reason please.

This is the power supply coming up to voltage. Some of the more expensive speaker systems have delays built into them so the speakers aren't actually connected until the power supply is up. The cheaper systems however don't have this delay so you will hear the power supply as it comes up to speed.
