My Merc C230/2006 has an aux-in port in glove box. I want to convert it to bluetooth a2dp so i can play music from my iphone. I can power it using car charger or a big battery in the glove box. Any ideas?
I have tried Belkin CarAudio Connect but did not like it. It would ideal to have the bluetooth device not use battery power when car is turned off.

I'm not sure I would even worry about the power issue. Those things don't draw too much power when not in use. It would take a couple of weeks of the car just sitting for it to kill the battery.

Thanks for the reply..it would be ideal for the device to not suck power but not required. At this point, i do not have any decent options.
