I've installed some bass lights by my subs so when the bass hits the lights come on, but I'm looking for a way to improve them. My friend has some too and his kinda fade in and out if the bass isn't very loud, but mine are more of an all or nothing. I'm not quite sure how many watts his is but mine have an RMS rating of 500 so that may be the reason. Is there a could I wire the lights in series to add more resistance so they won't light as easy? Any help would be appreciated
