Bluetooth adapter and cdxm60ui

Hi, I have a Sony receiver (cdxm60ui) that is compatible with Iphone\itouch via USB connection. I'm wondering if I can use a bluetooth adapter to the stereo instead of the cable. Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

just took the same unit out of my truck, put in a sony mex-n5000bt, now i can use my iphone bluetooth function on it. pretty sure what you want to do is not doable. my 60ui was getting the messages on the display of OFFSET and FAILER, so it made it easy to buy a new one, it worked perfect but could get the display to stop doing that.
