I've gone back and forth on different brands and keep falling back on Diamond Audio. I've looked at Dynaudio, JL, CDT, Mmats, Focal, etc. I'm thinking about replacing my whole system, but I'm not sure about powering them. The install will have D6 components up front, with D6 coaxials in the deck and a D6 12" sub. I'm unable to listen to the speakers connected to different amps, but there are different schools on this. Alpine makes some very affordable power in their MRP amps. 400w for $200 ain't bad. DA, amps are surprisingly expensive. As are JL Audio and several others. I've owned Alpine gear and like it, so I don't think I'd dislike it this time. Just looking for advice on amplification.

Since you like Diamond Audio, check out their D3 amps, pretty impressive for the money and if you get them installed by a Diamond dealer, it's a lifetime warranty, can't beat that, especially on an amp.
