Check out Sonic Electronix online. The REV line from Pioneer is supposed to be a huge bang for the buck. I have heard the Phoenix Gold RSD line and they rock. Someone told me the PowerBass speakers are affordable and sound good. I am going with the PG RSD's in my nex set up. What size speakers do you need?
