Hi, a noob with camcorders here

Just got a JVC GZ-HM445 as a Christmas present and made up a vid in the Everio editing software provided as a Youtube vid. It all looked OK on the PC but when we uploaded it to YouTube the date/time stamp appeared - but we don't see the time stamp when we playback on the PC or on the camera.

We've looked at the manual and can't see how to stop this from happening. It's really annoying when trying to make movies and all the scenes are timestamped.

Any suggestion?
