I hear you on the GH3 Camera, I am looking for a good camera like this to shoot video and do stills, as I hate lugging around heavy gear even though it isn't too much of a problem as I have several different types of camera/camcorder bags. But to me the GH3 and even the Olympus in some sense is starting to bridge that gap between cameras that just shoot ok video. Hell my Sony HXV-100 shoots some mighty fine video for such a small camera especially in daylight, not so good in lowlight. I am mostly a semi-pro photographer and a Enthusiast when it comes to video and I typically been shooting with Nikon Gear over the last 10 years. I have my Nikon D7000 in for a possible trade in on the GH3, which to me seems still crazy as I have only seen some great shots with the GH3 recently and I had a change to shoot with my friend GH2 which I thought put out some decent still images, regardless of all the pixel pushing and sensor size it comes down to the creative mind behind the lenses and not so much the cameras.
Just curious what anyone thoughts are on the Still capability of the GH3 is it a close enough contender for the Nikon D7000 for stills? I wasn't that impressed with the video on Canon or Nikons, unless your talking about the 5D Mark II or III and or the Nikon D800.
