Remember the days when you had to spend $15,000 to get a 1/2'' sensor (well 3 of them) and $25,000 to get 2/3'' sensors? (I don't remember the exact list prices of the DXC-327/537 or the DSR300/500). Thank you to still cameras that do video for making technology change.

is it possible for future sony model to have 1" sensor and balanced optical steadyshot (one that lens moved)?

i love the sony balanced optical steadyshot.

That could have made the camcorder slightly bigger and more expensive at this time. Besides, at least this will give people a reason to buy the 2015 model.

Hi

I'm really interested in this CAM for the nice big sensor and XAVC-S recording at 50Mbits/sec. On question, the XAVC-S codec allows 4.2.0, 4.2.2 and 4.4.4 recording plus 8, 10bit, 12bit colour depths. What will be selectable on this one?
