Exclamation Panasonic "hidden" service menu

By deep googling I found these instructions that works OK on my X900M:

- Set the mode switch to Video mode.
- While the power is turned OFF, keep pressing the POWER button + Zoom lever on W side + iA/Manual button
for more than 3 seconds until the Service Mode Menu is displayed.
- Select #4 and YES .

Here you will find the history of the camcorder and errors.
PWR = Total time ON
EE= Total sensor time
REC ESD = Total internal memory recorded
Cam info = Error codes

All this info is important if you are on the used market and need to know the history of a unit.
(Few timers however can be reseted)

***Try this at your own risk, I will not be responsible for

misuse or not working on your camcorder model.

The "key" for the HC-V750 is the same as for the X900M EXCEPT use the top record/playback button as a button for iA/Manual does not exist.

4=History
1=Scan of camera
2= First a choice of camera i.e. 750 or 850 but it then resets all the menu commands. So a total reset.

A very dangerous menu for the uninitiated. I will wait until a list becomes available!!!
