Looking for new camcoder (<500$)

Hi all,
im new in this forum and i need some help in choosing a new camcoder. My current camcoder had around 10 years and i was thinking of changing it but im not updated about what market offer and new technology.

my whishlist is:
- Cost around 400 Euro.
- 60fps in fullHD
- Good zoom
- Good to have is slow motion functionality (not mandatory cause with 60fps i can add the effect with After Effect)

Reading a few review around i found the JVC GZ-RX110BEU (or 115). Is very interesting and its match all my request and is also water resistant.
Another good camera is the Panasonic HC-V750 unfortunately is out of budget

Any advices? i go for JVC?

Thanks in advance.
