I am putting Lutron RA2 in my new home. I'm purchasing it on line and according to Lutron's site - i have confirmed that all of the components i'm purchasing are the current model numbers.

I will be installing all of the switches, dimmers and repeaters.

I would like to find someone in the houston area that is willing to program the system and determine what the programming cost would be.

there are:
- 1 main repeater
- 2 auxilary repeaters
- 10 Dimmers ( 600 watt )
- 2 dimmers ( 1000 watt )
- 10 Switches
- 2 hybrid 5 button

At some point i'll likely want to tie in the thermostats and the garage visor...and understand this will be a separate programming visit.

I'm willing to pay someone to program and also willing to pay someone to consult on the setup if there is anything I am missing. Please let me know if there is anyone in the houston area interested.

Regards;
Mac

Good luck getting a dealer who did not sell you the gear to program it for you. It is not a common business model in this industry.

Take the online courses from Lutron, and that will get you access to the SW assuming you bought the gear from an authorized dealer...

Not a bad idea. Will look into that option. Thanks.

I'm an Home Theater/Automation installer in the Houston area, however I don't do Lutron installs. I can get the contacts one of my colleagues over to help you out.
