Hey,
in my theater room i have installed a ceiling LED light bulb.

i have the logitech harmony 1100 with RF emiters.
i was searching the internet and the forum for a specific solution,
i read some but got a lil confused,
i wanted to ask a question for a solution.

i am looking for a single bulb remote control (IR or RF) light switch.
all i could find are remote control switches that support regular bulbs.
i bought one and installed it and it didnt work on my LED light bulb.

is there one out there that has a remote so i can set it up on my logitech that support LED light bulb?
no need for a dimmer (which will prolly cant be since its LED anyhow)
just simple on off with remote for LED bulb.

thank you.

thank you.
from my understanding MRF2-6ANS-BL will be what i need,
am i correct to assume ?
i need the main controller, yes?
if so, do i need a specific RF controller from the manufacture or will it connect to my harmony?
i wana be sure before i spent 80$ on it smile.gif
thanks.

With the MRF2 you'll need to purchase a pico remote. With the SPSF you should be able to use IR from your harmony.

ok,
so it seems like the SPSF-S6A-BL will be what i want.
but from reading online it is stated that i also need a control panel?
is that true? or will buying this alone (roughly 120$) and simply disconnecting what i have now and installing this instead will work?

also, i understand that the unit does not come with a wall plate, is that true?

No you don't need a control panel. However I don't know if Harmony has the proper IR codes in its database so you might need a remote to learn them. It does not include a wall plate but is standard decora. You might want to consider switching your bulbs to dimmable LED so that you can use the cheaper MIR-600THW as well as enjoying the benefits of dimming.

do you think this will work with the MIR-600THW
http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=203010504&storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&MERCH=REC-_-SearchPLPHorizontal1-1-_-NA-_-203010504-_-N#.ULQK8ofAdNI

apparently i checked in my house and i have the MIR-600THW at home....
so i can save some money,
do you know if they will play nice?
thank you !!!
