Do you have any pics of the setup you can share?

I also want a similar setup (2 zones are surround for home theater, rest of house has in-ceiling speakers for audio; I want to play any source to the whole house or just in a zone, whether the source is central (sonos) or from one of the home theater zones (TV)) but was a little lost on a few points you made:

1) what is DA and DM
2) I also didn't quite follow the wiring to make the setup work...maybe a picture would help, though

Thanks!
Scott

Sure - here is a photo of the racks (in progress build). The AVRs are in the right rack and the video distribution is in the left rack. All I'm doing is splitting one output from the video distribution system into 3 in order to feed separate inputs on each avr because they have to have dedicated audio inputs (you can't share multiple video inputs with one audio inputs). On to the photos:

New Order!

I will soon be the proud owner of a CEN-RFGW-EX and some MLX2 and MLX3 handheld remotes. The iPhone remote does not cut it - we have not been happy with a device that you constantly have to stare at while you use it - need some hard buttons like a traditional remote, and these two have feedback. Win win in my book. Now just to wait......... Soon I will post some photos of the iphone interface we have been using for the last 7 months.
