I have a Sony TV (KLD-W905A) And a Sony Receiver (STR-DN1040) connected to my network using ethernet cables, and I use Fibaro (http://www.fibaro.com) as home automation system that has support for virtual devices and Lua.

Is there any way to control theese devices from a computer over the network? (Such as volume level, channel, power off)
I can't seem to find any manuals.

If the information is not published by the company or someone who has reverse engineered it already from one of the existing apps, then you will have to do it. There is information out there on panasonic control which was obtained in such a way and documented by users.

Not sure if this helps but there is a app called Media Remote for Sony gear. It may be only some DVD players, like my BDP-s580 but maybe your stuff is controllable with that app. Don't know if it's only DVD as that is all I have. The protocol for some of the DVD players has been published and/or cracked at remotecentral.com but again I haven't seen TV's or Receivers.
